Christina Milian’s husband began legal action to end the couple’s shortlived marriage while the singer was still pregnant with his child.


“Single Ladies” songwriter The-Dream reportedly tried to officially split from Christina just nine days before the “Dip It Low” star gave birth to the couple’s only child. Christina and The-Dream married in the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas in Aug. 2009, just a week before announcing she was pregnant with their first child together. The 32-year-old producer (whose real name is Terius Nash) claimed the marriage was “irretrievably broken” in the papers filed on Feb. 17. Milian gave birth to daughter Violet just over a week later on Feb. 26.

Milian and The-Dream confirmed their separation almost two weeks, just hours after images of Nash canoodling on Caribbean beach with his assistant, Melissa Santiago, surfaced online.

The actress will co-star with Demi Moore in a dramatic movie that finds her struggling with relationships and with the divorce of her parents.

The actress said warning her Montana audiences ,"The next film I'm doing is not for the [Hannah Montana] audience.".

Miley said that it were her young audiences for whom she did last season of Hannah Montana and now she wish to do scripts of her own age which is 18.

She adds, "It's very different going from a show with a huge audience and fan base to something... independent. But I'm excited to work on a film that is going to touch people. It's edgy and different and I don't know how the fans will react, but it's something I can relate to."

Jennifer Aniston romance's with best friend’s ex

Jennifer Aniston’s unstable love-life has kept the lower-rent tabloids in business for years. But while she has often been the victim of a mismatched romance, it seems her bond with Chris Gartin is hurting some very close friends.

The new pair were spied dining together at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood on July 1st, but the fact that Chris was still legally married to one of Jen’s friends raised some eyebrows – and few have come down.

To make it worse, Joanne Gartin (in photo right with Taye Diggs), an Australian-born wedding planner, is both Chris’s ex-wife and a long-time member of Jen’s inner clique. They share the same social circles as Courteney Cox and David Arquette, and it was through that connection that Chris and Jen met.

So this time Jen is causing the pain:

“I’m really not interested in it,” Joanne told Radar about Chris’s new romance. “Jennifer has been my friend — our friend — for over 10-years…So we’ve known each other a long time.”

But while Joanne is being diplomatic to protect her connections, her mother is not so reserved;

“It’s been difficult for Joanne,” Robbie Ahlfield told reporters from her home in Australia. “It just seems so bizarre, because Jo and Jennifer are such good friends. I find it very strange that Jen would do that.”

Chris’s divorce from Joanne became final last month, but the pair are still in court debating the finances. And Jen is even acting as stepmother to their two children – Sydney and Flynn.

“Jen is in their lives,” Robbie confirms. “She comes to their house, and Sydney and Flynn go to her house a lot, to play in the pool. She gets on well with them.”

Leonardo Di Caprio's new film based on novel

Leonardo Di Caprio to do one more challenging role which is based on a novel.

Since early 2007, Leonardo and Martin Scorsese have been trying to bring an adaptation of Jordan Belfort’s tell-all memoir The Wolf of Wall Street to the big screen.

Scorsese would direct the film and Leonardo would play the role of Belfort, a New York stockbroker who landed up in prison for refusing to cooperate in a 1990's securities fraud case.


Terence Winter, writer of HBO hit drama The Sopranos, came onboard of the working project to help create the screenplay. Since the project got held up, Leonardo and Scorsese went off to make hit film Shutter Island.

Now things are back on track with the film, and director Ridley Scott is in early discussions about directing the movie. With Scott as the head of the film, Scorsese would move to the slot of producer.

'Avatar' to hit theaters again in August with 'New Scenes'

There's exciting news for all the Avatar-lovers. 'Avatar' is going to hit the theaters again by the end of August.

At press meet ,James Cameron ,Avatar director explained the reason behind the re-launch that audiences wanted more of Pandora and were ready to stay there to watch her.

'Avatar:Special Edition' will be exclusive 3D movie.It will have extra footage of 8 minutes, including new creatures and action scenes.

Re-launch date for this 'Special Edition' is set on 27th August.
