Christina Milian’s Hubby Filed For Divorce

Christina Milian’s husband began legal action to end the couple’s shortlived marriage while the singer was still pregnant with his child.
“Single Ladies” songwriter The-Dream reportedly tried to officially split from Christina just nine days before the “Dip It Low” star gave birth to the couple’s only child. Christina and The-Dream married in the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas in Aug. 2009, just a week before announcing she was pregnant with their first child together. The 32-year-old producer (whose real name is Terius Nash) claimed the marriage was “irretrievably broken” in the papers filed on Feb. 17. Milian gave birth to daughter Violet just over a week later on Feb. 26.
Milian and The-Dream confirmed their separation almost two weeks, just hours after images of Nash canoodling on Caribbean beach with his assistant, Melissa Santiago, surfaced online.
